A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your Fitness Trainer, I will identify your fitness goals and provide you with the best programming to achieve those goals. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently getting a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. 

My training programs are based off of science and research. Training hard can take you far but, training smart and hard will ensure that you always achieve your goals.
